新型颗粒层除尘器清灰过程的研究

摘    要:分析了现有颗粒层除尘嚣的缺点,并提出了一种能集固定床和移动床的优点于一身的新型颗粒层除尘器.介绍了新型颗粒层除尘器的结构和特点,特别是组合流化床清灰机构.用流态化理论和二组分混合/分离理论分析了清灰过程.通过连续增加风速和恒定风速实验得出了清灰风速的合适范围.

Abstract:The defects of existing granular bed dusters were analyzed and a new granular bed duster with the merits of fixed bed and moving bed was created. Its structure and specific features were described, especially assembled fluidized bed dust removal mechanism. The course of deashing was studied with the fluidization theory and binary particle mixture mixing / separation theory. The velocity range was identified by the way of experiments of increasing continuously velocity and constant velocity.
