| 摘 要： | 东营市作为黄河三角洲开发战略的中心城市,其经济发展的核心和关键是高效生态。近年来东营市从优化发展空间布局、构筑生态产业体系、发展循环经济等方面发展高效生态经济,探索区域经济与生态环境同发展的新路,实现了环境与经济的双赢。本文通过总结近年来东营市高效生态文明建设的经验,提出了进一步推进黄河三角洲高效生态经济发展的主要思路。
