摘    要:利用天然水华蓝藻为原料,通过筛选、比较不同极性提取剂对微囊藻毒素的提取效果,80%甲醇溶液有较高的提取效率,而乙醇溶液可实现无毒提取,优化了提取方法。并通过调节溶液pH为藻胆蛋白等电点的方法去除共提取的大量藻胆蛋白,取得了很好的净化效果,为微囊藻毒素的分离和纯化研究提供了基础。

Abstract:The extraction and purification of microcystin from natural cyanobacterial bloom were studied. The optimized method was assessed with dfferent solvents applied to assess the efficiency for microcystin extraction. 80% methanol has highest efficiency and ethanol solvent could extract microcystins safely. The massive of phycobiliprotein was removed by adjusting the pH of solvents to the isoelectric point. This result provides a solid basis for obtaining pure microcystins efficiently.
