摘    要:针对目前每年产生的大量稻壳灰废弃物,本研究提出了利用稻壳灰作为发泡剂来制备多孔陶粒的利用途径。实验表明,对于粘土、建筑垃圾、粉煤灰等陶粒原料,稻壳灰都有很好的发泡效果。利用SEM、XRD等检测分析手段对稻壳灰的发泡机理进行了探讨,并证明了稻壳灰中残余碳化合物和活性硅组分是发泡能力的关键因素。本研究为稻壳灰找到了一种高价值的资源利用方式,同时也为陶粒制备提供了一种高效的发泡剂。

Abstract:Rice husk ash, which was generated in a large number in China yearly, was used as bloating agent for producing porous ceramsite in this study. Experimental results showed that rice husk ash had an efficient bloating effect for a series of ceramsite materials, such as clay, construction & demolition waste, and fly ash. Based on the analysis of SEM and XRD results, the bloating mechanism was discussed, and it was inferred that the active silica and residual carbon composition were the effective factors for the bloating capacity of rice husk ash. This study proposed an effective utilization method for rice husk ash, and also provided an efficient bloating agent for ceramsite production.
