摘    要:地铁综合监控系统的安全直接影响整个地铁系统的安全,根据地铁综合监控系统的特点建立该系统的安全性评价模型,将层次分析法和模糊综合评判法相结合用于地铁综合监控系统的安全性分析。用层次分析法确定各影响因素的权重,模糊综合评判法评定地铁综合监控系统的安全等级。该评定方法能较好地反映地铁综合监控系统的实际安全状况,可为地铁的安全运营提供决策依据,并且评价结果简单直观。

Abstract:The safety of metro integrated supervisory and control system directly affects the safety of entire underground system.So,to evaluate the safety of metro integrated supervisory and control system correctly is very important.In this paper,safety evaluation model for metro integrated supervisory and control system is established according to its characteristics,which adopts the methods of Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation(FCE) to analyze the safety of metro integrated supervisory and control system.The AHP is used to determine the weight of the factors affecting the safety of metro integrated supervisory and control system,and the FCE is used to judge the safety degree of this system.The model can perfectly reflect the actual safety of metro integrated supervision and control system,and thus provides a basis for the decision-making on the safe operation of metro.
