生物絮凝在校园生活污水处理中的应用研究

摘    要:将高效生物絮凝剂产生茵V3,V11,V13应用于校园生活污水处理中,可有效提高水处理絮凝效果。试验结果表明:当SBR反应器曝气时间3h,投菌量50g/L,温度28—30℃,V3对OD550,NH3-N,COD,浊度去除率分别达91.5%.82%,91.3%,93.5%,V11对OD550,COD,浊度去除率分别达89.1%,91.5%,95.1%,对NH3-N去除率较低;V13对OD550,COD,浊度去除率分别达90.7%,93.3%,92.1%,对NH3-N几乎没有去除;3株菌混合培养,3株菌形成一种互生关系.应用于水处理中当SBR曝气时间3h,投菌量50g/L,温度28~30℃,对OD550,NH3-N,COD,浊度去除率分别达93.3%,86.7%。93.5%,96%,同时能有效的改变污泥沉降性能.

Abstract:Flocculating experiment of schoolyard domestic sewage with the bio-flocculants (V3, V11, V13) obtained good flocculating effect. The results show that while aerial time is 3h in sequencing batch reactor (SBR),bacteria is 50 g/L and temperature ranges from 28 ℃ to 30 ℃, to V3,the removal effieiencies of OD550, NH3-N, COD and turbidity is 91.5% ,82%, 91.3% and 93.5 % respectively;to V11, the removal efficiencies of OD550, COD and turbidity is 89.1% ,91.5 % and 95.1% respectively,while the removal efficiencies of NH3-N is low; to V13, the removal efficiencies of OD550, COD and turbidity is 90.7 % ,93.3% and 92.1% respectively,while the removal efficiency of NH3-N is zero. When V3,V11,V13 are mixed together in the experiments ,three germs are not mutually restraint but live on each other and better flocculating effect in the treatment of sewage was obtained. While aerial time is 3 h in SBR,bacteria is 50 g/L,temperature ranges from 28 ℃to 30 ℃, the removal efficieneies of OD550,NH3-N, COD and turbidity is 93.3 %, 86.7 %, 93.5 % and 96 % respectively. Meanwhile floceulants can strengthen sludge function in the experiment.
