摘    要:
文章应用RS和GIS等技术提取新疆地区近十几年来土地利用变化信息,从现状分析、发展动态等方面对土地利用与土地覆被(LUCC)信息进行定量和定性的分析。并运用土地利用动态度进一步说明新疆LUCC的变化过程。结果显示:新疆的耕地、林地、水域、建设地面积都有所增加,耕地的年变化率最大;未利用地面积有所减少,草地面积减少明显。

Abstract:
Dynamic change information of LUCC of recent 15 years in Xinjiang is extracted by using RS and GIS technology, et al, and the quota and the qualitative analysis to the land utilization and the land covering (LUCC) information is carried on from the aspects:present situation and development tendency. And the method of the land utilization dynamic degree (S) is used to further explain the changing process of LUCC in Xinjiang. The results are as follows : ( 1 ) during the period of 1990 - 2005 in Xin- jiang, the areas of the farmland, the forest land, the waters, and the urban areas, mining areas and rural residential areas were increased differently, but the areas of the unused land and grassland is reduced, and the decrease of the latter is obvious. (2) the S of the farmland is the biggest of the 6 classes. Based on the above analysis and results, we analyzed the driving forces of the change of the LUCC : the dynamic changes of land use of Xinjiang were mainly caused by the policies, the economic development and population growth,and climate change and the agriculture advance in technology also influence the change of the LUCC.
