上海市危险化学品安全管理方案研究

近年来,随着化学工业的迅速发展,中国已经成为化学品生产和消费的大国,化学品运输品种、数量与日俱增。由于危险化学品本身就具有危险性,在存储、分装、运输、使用过程中违背了科学规律、疏于管理,将会带来严重的后果。本文结合上海城区特点,着重探讨危险化学品的安全性及其安全管理,并就上海市城区目前危险化学品实际情况和安全管理存在的问题,提出一些相应的对策措施。

Shanghai Hazardous Chemical Safety Management Program

With rapid development of chemical industry in recent years,China has become a big production and consumption country of chemicals with increasing species and quantity.As a kind of risky material,the rule violation and lack of management of hazardous chemicals in the process of storage,storage,packaging and transportation will bring serious consequences.This paper combined the characteristics of Shanghai urban areas and safety management of hazardous chemicals in a bid to propose corresponding countermeasures to based on actual situation of dangerous chemicals and safety management issues in Shanghai.
