模糊综合评价在合肥市大气环境评价中的应用

摘    要:运用模糊综合评价方法,选取合肥市4个大气质量国控点位的SO2、NO2、PM10三个污染物作为评价因子,结合大气环境质量分级标准通过确定评价对象的权重和隶属度对合肥市2006年-2010年大气环境质量做出评价。将模糊综合评价结果与单因子评价结论进行对比分析,结果表明两种评价结果具有一定分歧性。具体表现在单因子评价体现出从严性特点,而模糊综合评价将各级评价标准综合应用,充分考虑了各个污染因素对于大气环境的贡献度,评价结果更加客观公正。

Abstract:Adopting the fuzzy mathematics method,the atmospheric environment quality of Hefei during 2006-2011 was evaluated by selecting SO2,NO2,PM10 in 4 state-controlled atmospheric monitoring stations as evaluation factors,combining the atmospheric environment reference standard and obtaining weights and memberships.By comparing the different results of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation with single-factor evaluation,results show that single-factor evaluation is much stricter while fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is much more objective by applying every standard of evaluation comprehensively and taking every pollution factors into consideration.
