摘    要:阐述了三德SDSM-Ⅳ智能定硫仪测定煤中全硫的原理,建立了煤质中含硫量的测定方法,并对标准样品和实际样品进行了测定,结果表明:对三种浓度含硫煤样进行7次平行测定,相对标准偏差RSD≤2.4%,方法的精密度较好;测定含硫量为0.52%的标准煤样相对误差为0.4%,测定含硫量为2.74%的标准煤样相对误差为0.7%,准确度符合要求。结合工作中经验,为今后运用此方法进行测定提供了借鉴和依据。

Abstract:This paper expounds the virtues of SDSM - IV intelligent sulfur determination instrument in determining total sulfur in coal principle in a bid to determine the sulfur content in coal and testes the standard samples and practical samples. The results showed that the relative standard deviation of RSD ~〈2. 4% for 7 parallel determinations of three sulfur coal sample and the precision of the method is better. The relative error of standard coal samples with sulfur content of 0. 52% and 2. 74% is 0.4% and 0. 7%, respectively, meeting the accuracy requirements. Combining with working experience, this paper provides reference and basis for the future application of this method.
