| 摘 要： | 目前国内实验室信息管理系统(LIMS)技术应用非常广泛,制药、石油等许多行业的LIMS系统对管理实验室日常业务和数据质量工作起到了重要作用,但环境监测系统的LIMS项目还没有全面成功实施的范例.根据实验室信息管理系统建设的现状调查,对环境监测实验室信息管理系统建设中的问题进行分析,并提出采用科学系统的方法,分步实施LIMS系统;明确LMS系统设计方案和思路;开展全员培训;寻求合适的LIMS厂家合作等方面建议.

| Abstract: | There is a wide application for laboratory information management system(LIMS).LIMS system has played a great role in industries like pharmaceutical and petro-chemical for management of routine work and data quality.However there is no such successful example of LIMS in environmental monitoring.This paper gives analysis to the issues arising from construction of LIMS in environmental monitoring based on the con-struction investigation of the present situation of laboratory information management system.It proposes to implement LIMS system by steps with scientific systematic means.The paper also provides suggestion on design scenarioes,training of all staff and cooperation with proper company for LIMS. |
