| 摘 要： | 工业化始终是影响城市土地可持续利用的一个重要因素。从多方面综合分析了合肥市工业化进程,在概括工业化进程中土地利用变化的基础上,选择20个因素作为参评因子,建立评价指标体系,评判合肥市1996—2005的土地可持续利用综合水平,并进行了定量"障碍度"分析,最后针对主要障碍因素提出土地可持续利用的对策。

| Abstract: | Industrialization was one of the important factors for sustainable use of land in a city.This paper analyszed the process of Hefei industrialization from many aspects.On the basis of the change for land-use,consisting of 20 factors were selected as the evaluating index system,it analyzed on the reality of sustainable land-use in Hefei city from 1996 to 2005,and put forward the method for sustainable land-use after finding the bad advantage. |
