汽车涂装VOCs减排途径探究

摘    要:汽车涂装VOCs的大量排放严重污染环境且危害人体健康,需对其排放水平加以控制。根据汽车涂装VOCs的产生环节,从原料替代、工艺改善和VOCs治理方式等方面探究其减排途径,提高治理水平。采用环保型涂料从源头减少VOCs排放,优化涂装工艺、采用高涂着率喷枪,优化喷枪与涂装面角度、雾化压力、涂装面距离等可以提高喷涂效率,减少过量喷涂。就治理方式而言,吸附技术适用于中低浓度需回收的VOCs气体,燃烧技术几乎不产生二次污染物,吸附浓缩+燃烧技术因治理效果好而被广泛应用。

Abstract:The emission of VOCs from automobile coatings pollutes environment and endangers human health,so it is necessary to control the emission level of VOCs.According to the generation of VOCs in automobile coatings,the ways of reducing VOCs emission are explored from raw material substitution,production technology improvement and optimizing exhaust treatment,so as to improve the treatment level of VOCs.Using environmentally friendly paint to reduce VOCs emission from source.Coating efficiency could be improved by optimizing the coating process,using high coating rate spray guns,optimizing the angle of spray gun and coating surface,atomization pressure,coating surface distance.As far as the method is concerned,the adsorption technology is suitable for low and medium concentration VOCs which needs to be recovered,and the combustion technology hardly produces secondary pollutants.The technology combines adsorption with combustion is widely used because of high efficiency.
