水质总氮的测定凯氏蒸馏--定氮合金转化法探讨

总氮是国家对水质监测的一项重要指标,往往直接反映出水体是否出现富营养化,可以对水体的污染情况和水体的自我净化能力进行很好的评估。现在我国环境实验室普遍应用的HJ 636-2012《水质总氮的测定碱性过硫酸钾消解紫外分光光度法》来判断水体总氮含量指标。但是我国目前市售的过硫酸钾不能满足标准要求导致很多实验室不能顺利用该方法进行总氮的测定。用定氮合金转化法来对总氮进行测定,可有效避免因试剂纯度,环境因素等不确定条件对试验带来的影响。

Discussion on water quality-determination of total nitrogen and transformation method of Kjeldahl distillation and nitrogen determination alloy

Total nitrogen is an important indicator for water quality monitoring in the country,which often directly reflects whether eutrophication occurs in the water body,and can well evaluate the pollution of the water body and the self-purification ability of the water body.HJ 636-2012 "Determination of Total Nitrogen in Water Quality" is currently widely used in China’s environmental laboratories to determine the total nitrogen content of water by the potassium potassium persulfate digestion UV spectrophotometry method.However,the potassium persulfate currently on the market in China cannot meet the standard requirements,resulting in many laboratories not being able to use this method for the determination of total nitrogen.The determination of total nitrogen by the fixed nitrogen alloy conversion method can effectively avoid the influence of uncertain conditions such as reagent purity and environmental factors on the test.
