摘    要:针对袋式除尘器喷吹气流不均匀性的问题,利用CFD数值模拟建立含有不同结构参数的喷吹管气流分布模型,通过正交试验方法,选取了喷吹管管径D,喷嘴孔径d,喷嘴个数N,喷嘴间距L及喷嘴长度H为主要因素,选取L25(56)正交表得到25组方案,用方差分析法找到了影响喷吹气流不均匀性的主要因素,并采用流量修正和重复迭代的方法对喷嘴孔径进行优化设计,获得较好的气流量分布,为喷吹管设计提供了参考;对修正后的喷吹管,得到不同入口流量下的喷吹管气流不均匀的变化情况。

Abstract:Aiming at the problem of uniformity in injection airflow of bag filter, the CFD numerical simulation was used to establish an airflow distribution model in injection pipe with different structural parameters of bag filter. Through the orthogonal testing method, the ejection pipe diameter D, the nozzle diameter d, the number of nozzle N, the nozzle spacing L and nozzle length H were chosen to be the main factors. So 25 sets of programs were designed according to L25 ( 56) orthogonal table. The main factors affecting the uniformity in injection airflow were acquired with the method of variance analysis. With the methods of flow rate correction and repeated iteration, the design of nozzle diameter was optimized to obtain the better airflow distribution, which can provide reference for design of injection pipe. For the corrected injection pipe, the change in uniformity of injection pipe airflow under different inlet flow rate was obtained.
