废旧聚氯乙烯再生过程生命周期评价

摘    要:生命周期评价是对产品、生产工艺以及活动对环境的压力进行评价的客观过程.运用生命周期评价方法,对我国南方某公司废旧聚氯乙烯再生过程的资源消耗和环境影响进行量化估算.结果表明:1 t废旧聚氯乙烯再生的总能源消耗量为6 287 MJ,其中石油消耗量为6 000 MJ,煤消耗量为287 MJ,总的资源耗竭系数为5.77×10-3 a;废旧聚氯乙烯再生的环境影响负荷为0.428 a-1,其中废塑料运输过程主要引起光化学臭氧合成问题,其环境影响潜值为0.190 a-1;工艺过程中主要引起固体废物污染,其环境影响潜值为0.110 a-1.废旧聚氯乙烯再生的主要环境影响为光化学臭氧合成、固体废物、大气颗粒物污染和酸化.

Abstract:Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) is an objective method evaluating the environmental pressure of industrial products,processes and activities.This paper used LCA to estimate quantitatively the resource consumption and environmental impacts in regeneration process of waste Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) from a company''s data in the southeast of China as a case study.The results showed that,to get 1 t PVC waste regeneration,the total energy consumption was 6287 MJ,in which the consumption of oil was 6000 MJ and coal consumption was 287 MJ.The total resource depletion indicator of this process was 5.77×10-3.The total environmental impact load was 0.428 a-1,in which the potential environmental impact load of the transportation stage was 0.190 a-1,mainly causing photochemical synthesis of ozone,and the potential environmental impact load of regeneration process was 0.110 a-1,mainly causing solid waste problem.This paper also showed that atmospheric particle contamination and acidification,solid waste generation and ozone synthesis were four major environmental impacts in the regeneration process of waste PVC.
