| Abstract: | A novel method of soft ionization technology-atmospheric pressure photoionization(APPI) in liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry(LC-MS) was recently developed.The general properties of APPI including photoionization mechanisms,source configuration and ionization influencing factors were presented in the paper.Moreover,applications aod progress on the environmental pollutants analysis were also addressed in detail. |
