AERSCREEN计算大气环境防护距离方法对比研究

摘    要:环境影响评价工作中,大气环境防护距离计算程序采用的是SCREEN3估算模式计算,新一代估算模式AER-SCREEN与SCREEN3在气象数据处理、地形地表参数的取值及扩散理论方面有一定差别。通过不同污染源参数条件下的案例设计,提出了AERSCREEN计算大气环境防护距离的新方法,分析AERSCREEN和SCREEN3方法的结果差异和其中可能存在的问题。结果显示:AERSCREEN防护距离均大于SCREEN3的计算结果,比SCREEN3能更好地反映最不利的气象条件及浓度结果。

Abstract:Atmospheric environment protection zone is calculated by SCREEN3 in environmental impact assessment.For the differences in the data processing and diffusion theory between AERSCREEN and SCREEN3,a new method of calculating atmospheric environment protection zone by AERSCREEN is put forward and a comparison of AERSCREEN and SCREEN3 of calculating atmospheric environment protection zone is made by setting several scenarios in condition of different source parameters in this paper.The results show that all the atmospheric environment protection zones calculated by AERSCREEN are larger than those by SCREEN3.AERSCREEN can capture the worst case meteorological conditions and concentration results.
