中国生态城市建设实践模式及对北京的启示

自生态城市建设在中国开展以来，生态城市的发展模式日渐成为中国理论界和实际部门的研究热点。尽管多数城市的生态城市建设仅仅停留在规划层面，但是也有越来越多的城市研究与建设者关注于生态城市的具体操作实施层面。通过对中国二十多年来的生态城市建设实践模式与特点的总结，认为当前中国的生态城市建设主要有三种类型：通过生态城市规划指导生态城市建设、通过在区域内部建立生态新城带动生态城市建设和资源型城市转型为生态城市。三种类型的特点明显并对北京在未来生态城市建设发展中有典型借鉴意义。
