| 摘 要： | 高新技术产业带动结构调整和经济持续快速增长已成为全世界经济发展的大趋势和新潮流,是一个国家或地区核心竞争力的重要标志.基于耗散结构理论,创新性地构建了高新技术产业竞争力评价指标体系,通过对我国中部地区之间的比较分析,实证分析了安徽省高新技术产业发展的优势和劣势,并对其发展提出了对策建议.
