塔式曝气装置处理天然橡胶加工废水试验研究

摘    要:国内对长期困扰海南特区经济发展的天然橡胶加工废水进行完全混合污泥法研究的较少。利用塔式曝气装置对经高效混凝预处理后的该种废水进行完全混合活性泥法处理。废水COD、SS去除率受HRT、DO浓度影响较大。废水在装置中的最佳HRT=10h,此时COD的去除率为75.9%,SS的去除率为81.4%。反应装置中的最适溶解氧浓度为0.92mg/L,此时COD、SS的去除率达到最大,为83.7%、83.2%。

Abstract:There is little study on complete mixing process treating wastewater from natural rubber processing that perplexed the economy of Hainan Province.Tower aerating device was used in complete mixing process to treat wastewater that was pretreated with high efficiency coagulate.The removal efficiency of COD and SS in the wastewater was greatly affected by HRT and concentration of DO.Under the best HRT of wastewater in the device of 10h,the removal efficiency of COD and SS was 75.9% and 81.4% respectively.Under the suitable concentration of DO of 0.92mg/L,removal efficiency of COD and SS was 83.7% and 83.2% respectively.
