| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了可持续发展指标体系研究的重要性、国内外研究的进展、存在的困难以及本研究所采用的“真实储畜”的特点；分析了真实储畜的理论基础和计算方法，提出了指标体系框架；讨论了真实储畜在三明市和烟台市的应用实例；结论认为，真实储畜能在纵向和横向上进行比较，可以作为衡量国家和城市环境可持续发展程度的系统化指标。

| Abstract: | The first part of the paper introduces the importance of the study on indicators of sustainable development,its progress,its problems,and the features of genuine saving.The second part analyzes the theoretical background and calculation method of genuine saving,and proposes the framework of the indicators.The third partdiscusses the application ofgenuine saving in Sanming City and Yantai City.The last part concludes that genuine saving can be applied as a systematized indicator for measuring state and urban environmentally sustainable development since it can be used for comparison across time and across regions. |
