我国矿产资源的合理开发利用

我国是世界上矿产资源总量丰富、种类较齐全的国家之一。由于人口众多,矿产资源人均占有量不到世界人均占有量的1/2。作者根据中国的矿情提出立足国内,合理利用国内、国外两种资源;增产与节约并重,提高矿产品深加工,加强综合利用,重视二次资源的回收,增加地勘投资,加强地勘工作。

Rational Exploitation and utilization of Mineral Resources in China

China is one of the countries with relatively rich mineral resources and a relatively complete range of mineral commodities in the world,but as China has a large population,its per capita oc- cupancy of mineral resources is less than a half of that of the world,so the general situation of mineral resources is very stern.According to this situation,the authors put forward the following suggestions:1)base ourselves on domestic mineral resources while making a rational utlization of both domestic and foreign mineral resources;2)lay equal stress on both increasing production and practicing eeonomy;3)raise the level of processing of mineral commodities;4)strengthen compre- hensive uti]ization;5)pay attention to recovery of renowable mineral resources;6)increase invest- ment in exploration and strengthen exploration work.
