| 摘 要： | 电力系统振荡故障引起的全系统周波、电压的剧烈变化,系统瓦解或大面积停电事故时有发生,无论对系统、电气设备还是用户都会造成极大危害.结合齐鲁公司电网2004年11月18日事故进行分析探讨,提出防范措施,以减少此类事故的发生.

| Abstract: | Swing fault in the electric power system can cause the changes of the power frequency and voltage. It also often can lead to the breakdown of the system and large area blackout. So, all of these do a lot damage to the system and electric equipments. This paper analyzes the large area blackout accident in the Qilu company on November 18th and offers the prevention measures in order to lessen such these accidents. |
