| 摘 要： | 研究构建了我国海洋资源开发利用综合效益评价的指标体系,采用全排列多边形图示指标评价方法,对我国海洋资源开发利用综合效益状况进行了定量评价。结果表明,综合指数在2006年为0.381,在2009年为0.508。评价方法避免了目前评价研究中的弊病,既减少了主观随意性又反映了系统整合原理。

Appraisal on the Comprehensive Benefits of Marine Resources Development and Utilization in China |

| Abstract: | This paper constructed index system of comprehensive benefits of marine resources development and utilization, quantitatively assessed the condition of comprehensive benefits in China using the entire-array-polygon evaluation method. And the results showed that the composite indexes were 0.381 in 2006 and 0.508 in 2009. The appraisal method avoided disadvantage in present research of the field, which both abated subjective arbitrariness and reflected the system integrating theory. |
