摘    要:地震预测是一个既紧迫要求予以回答、又需要长期探索方能最终解决的地球科学难题。三十年来世界范围的努力取得了不少的进展,但地震预测的总体水平仍然不高。多学科协作配合和相互渗透,尽量采用高新技术,继续强化对地震前兆的监测,拓宽对地震前兆的搜索范围,并在观测与实验的基础上,构制自由度较小的、定量的物理模式进行模拟、反复验证,可望逐渐地、然而实效上可能会是较快地阐明地震前兆与地震发生的内在联系,实现地震预测。

Abstract:Erathquake prediction is a difficult task of geoscience to be required imminently answer, and don't to be solved until it is only searched a long time. Since thirty years earthquake prediction research has been greatly developed through the effort of seismologists of many contries in the world, but in general its level is still lower. Through interdiscipline cooperation, new technique application as much as possible, and further strengthening detection of earthquake precursors, based on observation and experiment, modeling and repeated verification is executed using a few degree-of-freedom quantitative physical model constituted. Thus, it is expected that interior relation between precursor and seismogenesis is expounded gradually or probably faster in effect, thereby earthquake prediction is realized.
