摘    要:进行了氨法脱碳过程中吸收剂中CO2负载量对CO2脱除率影响的实验研究.结果发现,CO2脱除率随着负载量的增大而显著减小,高负载量(≥0.4)时,增加吸收液中总氨质量分数(吸收液中所有包含氨分子和铵离子的物质,并统一换算成NH3的质量分数)并不能有效地提高CO2的脱除率.同时,分别对有机和无机添加剂进行筛选,选取哌嗪(P...

Abstract:The influence of CO2 loading on CO2 removal efficiency was studied in this paper. The experimental results revealed that the CO2 removal efficiency decreased significantly with increased CO2 loading. At high CO2 loadings, the efficiency was very difficult to improve even by further increasing the content of ammonia in the solutions. After screening various organic and inorganic additives, piperazine (PZ) and sodium phosphate were found to show the most improvement in CO2 removal, and were hence selected for detailed investigation. It was found that when the ratio of PZ to total ammonia was 0.08, the CO2 removal efficiency increased by 29.4%, 31.0%, 21.7% at CO2 loadings of 0.4, 0.5, 0.6, respectively, while when the ratio of sodium phosphate to total ammonia was 0.10, the efficiency increased by 11.0%, 11.7%, 17.1% at the same CO2 loadings.
