企业安全管理中的潜流文化现象与应对方略

Undercurrent Safety Culture in Enterprise Safety Management and Its Countermeasures

Undercurrent Safety Culture(USC)is a sub-culture in contrast to the mainstream safety culture.As a cultural phenomenon,USC may be faced in safety culture construction and has important impacts on enterprise safety management.After a brief introduction to the connotation of USC,this paper analyzes the main characteristics and causes of NSC.Some countermeasures for rationally coping with USC are also discussed such as better communication,wider participation and higher motivation.According to the analysis on the USC in safety management and its countermeasures,conclusion can be drawn that USC commonly excises in enterprise and can be effectively controlled by managers.Recognizing and managing the USC can strongly promote the development of safety culture in enterprises.
