医用流体射流技术的开发及应用
摘    要:近年来,国内外的流体射流专业人员与外科医师密切合作,共同在医用流体射流技术领域为努力开拓。本文从下述几个方面扼要地叙述已经取得的成果、存在的问题及后续的开发研究工作:(1)流体射流对人体(即生物材料)的冲击效应;(2)脉冲水射流粉碎人体结石(主要有ESWL及EPWL);(3)水射流对于良性脑膜瘤的剥离术;(4)无针注射及针刺疗法;(5)医用水射流手术刀;(6)医用水射流清洗机(即WID)。本文的第一节内容是开发医疗器械的基础研究工作,这方面的数据主要来源于对射流工伤病例的分析和概括。射流工伤已使人们付出高昂的代价!因此,流体射流工艺装备,包括医用器械的技术安全始终是首位。唯其如此,才能确保此项技术走向更加辉煌的明天。

DEVELOPMENT AND APPLICATIONOF MEDICAL FLUID JET TECHNOLOGY
Abstract:Research and developmnt of medical fluid jet etchnology has been undertaken by the water jet specialists in collaboration with the surgeons in the recent years. The authors summarize briefly the achievements obtained,the problems encountered and the subsequent R. & D.of the following projects in the present paper: (1)fluid jets impact on hufman flesh, i. e. thebiological materials,and their dynamic responses (2) extracorporal shock wave lithotripsy(ESWL) and endoscopic pulsed waterjet lithotripsy (EPWL) (3) separation of the meningiomas and brain surface (4) needleless injection and acupuncture (5) surgical water jetscalpel and (6)medical water jet irrigating devices (WIDs ). As the fundemental research,project 1 has to beconeucted, at a grest expense, mainly by the histological and pathologicalanalyses of the fluid-jet injuries early happened. For a bright future of this technology,attention must be paid to safety of the high-pressre devices,among others,including the medicalwaterjet instruments at all.
