| 摘 要： | 在生态环境监理工作中,由于法制不健全、缺乏补偿依据及各行政部门间关系协调不够等原因,常造成监理执法困难。建议通过严格环境影响评价制度、对生态破坏进行限期恢复与治理、探索补偿机制、加强宣传教育等手段解决监理执法困难问题。

| Abstract: | It is difficult to carry out the law in the routine working of ecologic environmental supervision and management, because the law system is not perfect, is short of compensation system and the relation among the executive branches is not good enough. We suggest that we should strengthen EIA system, and to ecologic destruction, we should resume and treat, we need to explore the compensation system and strengthen the environmental propagation to solve the present problems. |
