"三生空间"视角下乌鲁木齐市土地利用功能转型及其生态服务价值研究

为探寻快速城镇化地区资源优化配置方式,实现区域内“三生空间”可持续发展,以乌鲁木齐市2004—2018年间3期的Landsat遥感影像为数据源,并建立以“三生空间”为主导的土地利用类型分类体系,采用ArcGIS分析15年间乌鲁木齐市土地利用功能转型特征及生态服务价值时空演变规律。结果表明:(1)15年间乌鲁木齐市的生活生产空间呈现持续扩张的趋势,生产生态空间和生态生产空间都出现先上升后下降的趋势,生态空间持续下降,生活生产空间的大幅增长来自其对生态空间以及生产生态空间的占用;(2)2004—2018年间乌鲁木齐市生态服务价值下降了13.87%,生态空间的生态服务价值下降总量最大;(3)未来应重点保护和规划生态空间内的林地、草地以及湿地等,高效集约利用生活、生产功能用地。

Transformation of land use function in Urumqi and its ecological service value from the perspective of“production-ecological-living space”

To explore the optimal allocation of resources in areas with rapid urbanization and the sustainable development of“production-ecological-living space”in the region,taking the Landsat remote sensing images of three periods of Urumqi from 2004 to 2018 as the data source,the functional land use system dominated by“production-ecological-living space”as the classification system was established and ArcGIS was used to analyze the characteristics of land use function transformation and the temporal and spatial evolution law of ecological service value in Urumqi in the past 15 years.Results showed that:(1)the living and production space of Urumqi showed a trend of continuous expansion.Both production ecological space and ecological production space increased at first and then decreased.Besides,ecological space continued to decline.Moreover,the substantial growth of living and production space was largely due to the occupation of ecological space and production ecological space.(2)The ecological service value in Urumqi decreased by 13.87%,of which the total decline of ecological space was the largest.(3)The woodland,grassland and wetlands in the ecological space should be focused on protecting and planning.In addition,it was necessary to make efficient and intensive used of the functional land for life and production.
