| 摘 要： | 针对催化装置不能停工、在用瓦斯线不能进行蒸汽吹扫置换，而又必须进行消除瓦斯线泄漏点的实际，运用工作危害分析方法，识别出抢修堵漏工作中的危害，制定瓦斯线抢修堵漏施工技术方案及风险控制措施，确保了在用瓦斯线抢修堵漏工作的安全进行。

| Abstract: | FCC unit can＇t be shutdown. The gas pipe in use can not be replaced by the steam, but must remove the leak spots. So, job hazard analysis is used to identify the hazards in the plugging process. Then, it makes out the plugging maintenance plan and risk control measures for this gas pipe to assure the plugging safely. |
