| 摘 要： | 简要介绍了基于Ｉｎｔｅｒｎｅｔ的ＧＩＳ发展现状，分析了Ｗｅｂ ＧＩＳ的主要优势和开发基于Ｗｅｂ ＧＩＳ防震减灾信息系统的必要性，提出了目前在防震减灾工作中Ｗｅｂ ＧＩＳ应用的主要研究内容，还初步设计了该信息系统的框架及其主页的基本功能模块，并介绍了各模块的主要功能和研制方法。

| Abstract: | The present status of Web GIS for internet is briefly reviewed. The main features of Web GIS as a tool of information management specially designed for internet are described. This paper is focusing on its application in earthquake disaster management system, such as as- sessment of seismic damage and losses, rapid response after an occurrence of strong earthquake and relief of earthquake disasters. As an example, a frame of such system and its primary functions are illustrated. |
