| Abstract: | It briefly intruduces the development of bulk liquid hazardous cargo shipment at shanghai port and the present situation concerned,and then summarizes a series of control measures taken by Shanghai Harbour Superintendancy Administration to insure safety,pollution prevention,water environment protection,industry and trade promotion etc.with regard to bulk liquid hazardous cargo transport. |
