摘    要:应用气相色谱法测定海水中氯氟烃,海水用Niskin采水器采集,将海水转移玻璃注射器中储藏直到分析。把大约30mL海水引入到一个玻璃气提器中,用高纯氮气将溶解在海水中氯氟烃(CFC's)吹扫出来浓缩在冷捕集器中,然后把捕集器加热,用高纯氮气CFC's送入气相色谱分离柱,CFC's由电子捕获检测器(ECD)检测出。结果表明:该方法快速,灵敏度高,分离效果好,适用于分析测定水体中氯氟烃。

Abstract:Chlorofluorocarbons (CFCs), CCl3F(F-11) and CCl2F2(F-12) in seawater were determined by gas chromatography. The seawater samples collected by Niskin bottles were transferred into a glass syringes for storage until analysis. An aliquot of approximately of 30 mL of seawater was introduced into a glass stripping chamber where the dissolved gases were purged with purified N2 gas, and the evolved CFCs concentrated in the cold trap. The trap is subsequently isolated and heated, and the CFCs were transferred by a carrier gas into a chromatographic separating column. The chlorofluorocarbons (F-11 F-12) peaks were detected by an electron capture detector (ECD) and their areas were integrated digitally. CFCs amounts were calculated using the fitted calibration curves, generated by injection of the various multiple aliquots of gas standard containing known concentrations of CFCs. This method is rapid, sensitive and high resolution.
