| 摘 要： | 以某中央企业集团公司为例,从安全生产责任制的理论体系、国家的安全生产管理体制、企业安全生产的保障原则等入手,系统阐述企业在建立与落实安全生产责任制过程中的一些要点、难点,为企业安全生产责任制的建设提供借鉴,也为企业管理者的管理决策起到了一定的参考作用。

| Abstract: | Taking a state-owned group corporation as an example,and starting with the theoretical system of safety production responsibility,the safety production management system of China and the basic protection principles of safety production,this paper systemically expounds the key points and difficulties during the establishment and implementation of enterprise's safety production responsibility system,which provides references for the construction of enterprise's safety production responsibility system and the decision-making of managers. |
