| 摘 要： | 充分分析炼油厂在正常生产，不正常生产及停工检修过程中的恶臭污染源，提出加强管理，根据各地的气象条件，选择适当的检修期，以及对重点污染源进行恶臭治理等措施，可以达到消除恶臭，改善环境的目的。
