随着人口增加，生活水平提高和城市燃料气化率提高，未来安宁市的城市垃圾成份将有较大改变，产量也会有很大增加。其处理规划应从基础设计建设，配套管理措施制定和法规建设入手，分近、中（远）两期实施。

With the growth of population,the improvement of living standard and the development of the fuel gasification in urban areas,the components of refuse in Anning City are expected to have great changes with increased output.The treatment should start from the infrastructure construction,management measures and legal construction and be implemented in short or long period respectively.
