氧化法去除燃煤烟气中Hg~0技术的研究进展

摘    要:燃煤烟气中汞的排放控制是大气污染治理的研究热点之一。氧化法可将烟气中不溶于水的气态单质汞(Hg~0)转化为易溶于水的氧化态汞(Hg~(2+)),然后利用湿式吸收设备去除。综述了国内外燃煤烟气氧化法脱汞技术的研究进展,比较了非催化氧化法和催化氧化法的优势与局限,对今后的发展趋势进行了展望。指出:选择使用高效且环境友好的氧化剂以及催化剂,研发高效、低成本、可回收的金属氧化物催化剂是该领域的主要研究方向。

Abstract:At present,control of mercury emission from coal combustion flue gas has become a research focus in air pollution control. Mercury in flue gas can be turned from water-insoluble gas state(Hg0)to water-soluble oxidation state(Hg2+)by oxidation process,and then be removed easily by wet absorption equipment. The domestic and overseas progresses on oxidation process for mercury removal from flu gas are reviewed,with emphasis on analysis and comparison of the advantages and disadvantages of non-catalytic oxidation process and catalytic oxidation process. The future development trend is prospected. It is pointed that the main research directions of this field are as follows:using efficient and environmentally friendly oxidant and catalyst and developing high active,low cost and recoverable metal oxide catalyst.
