| Abstract: | This article considers many problems in preparing accident emergency rescue plans of hazardous chemical, and addresses how to incorporate the requirements of SAWS guidelines for preparing the accident emergency rescue plan of hazardous chemical (enterprise version) into the petro-chemical enterprise current practice to prepare or revise the accident emergency rescue plan of hazardous chemical in detail. |
