摘    要:对从镍渣中提取铁同时制备建筑用微晶玻璃的进行了研究.结果表明,熔渣中铁的质量分数可以降到0.5%左右,满足制备微晶玻璃的要求.对微晶玻璃样品进行了显微镜、X射线衍射、扫描电镜分析.其主晶相是透辉石(CaO·MgO·2SiO2),晶体的形貌为短柱状,分布均匀.本文所介绍的制备工艺是可行的.

Abstract:The present paper aims to introduces the author's research on the methods of separating iron from the nickel slag on purpose to prepare glass-ceramics. By using orthogonal design method, we have worked out necessary directions for producing chemicals or metallurgical products. Carefully evaluating the strong and weak points of the above directions for producing such products with the content of ferrous oxide in the sinter, the paper has described the process of experimentation at length. The results of our research indicate that the content of iron can be reduced to about 0.5% in the sinter in the experiment, which can satisfy the demand of Building Glass-Ceramics preparation. The specimen of glass-ceramics to be produced has been studied by means of Photomicrography, XRD and SEM. The results display that the main crystalline phase is cbopside. Diopside is characterized by a short-column microstructure with its crystals dispersing in the sample equably. And, finally, the testing results prove the technics of preparing the Building Glass-Ceramics suggested is feasible. Because of complexity of nickel slag and details to be involved for the actual procedure, further research is necessary to solve practical problems concerned.
