| Abstract: | In this article,the concept of strategical assessment,the reason for growth,the present research state and the routine of work have been simply introduced.And its application has been researched preliminarily through the example of mine fertilizer engineering project in the south of Sichuan,in which,the method and index of the scheme,planning program SEA have been submitted and the suggestions for Chinese EIA service were put forth also. |
