| 摘 要： | 石油作为重要能源之一，已被世界各国广泛使用，随之而来的石油烃污染已经对人类生存的土壤及水体环境造成了严重的危害，微生物降解是一种处理石油烃污染的理想方法。本文对石油烃类污染物的生物处理技术进行了较全面的介绍，综述了降解石油烃的微生物种类、微生物降解石油烃机理、影响因素以及微生物降解石油烃技术的应用等方面的研究进展，分析了现有研究中存在的不足，并对今后的研究趋势进行了展望。

| Abstract: | Petroleum has been widely used around the world as an important energy, causing serious petroleum hydrocarbon pollutions in soil and water environment. Bioremediation is an ideal method to solve petroleum hydrocarbon pollution. In this pa- per, the bioremediation technologies for petroleum hydrocarbon pollutants are introduced comprehensively, with focuses on re- search progresses of bacterial species, biodegradation mechanism, influencing factors and application of petroleum hydrocarbon biodegradation technologies. The present problems of bioremediation and its prospect were reviewed. |
