| Abstract: | In this paper, the construction and starting up of the second phased project of Shiyan river constructed wetland in Bao＇an district of Shenzhen including the starting effect and operational mode were briefly introduced. The cost of electricity was analyzed and conclusion of starting up and operation were obtained. Some suggestions to improve the technology were proposed as well. |
