摘 要: | 以Na2CO3、CaO、HCI、H2SO4等多种试剂作改性剂对粉煤灰进行改性处理,得到改性粉煤灰,并以改性粉煤灰处理啤酒废水,研究了粉煤灰改性的最佳条件及改性粉煤灰处理啤酒废水的机理。结果表明:改性后粉煤灰的吸附混凝性能有显著的提高,啤酒废水中COD的去除率从50%增加到89%。实验确定Na2CO3为最佳改性剂,最佳改性条件为改性剂与粉煤灰的用量比为10mL:5g,室温下搅拌5min,静置30min。

Study on Brewery Wastewater Treatment with Modified Fly Ash |

Abstract: | The modification of fly ash with many kinds of modifiers,such as Na 2CO 3、CaO、HCl、H 2SO 4 and so on was investigated.The results showed that modified fly ash was effective to adsorb COD from the brewery wastewater.The efficiency of COD removal rate increased from 50% to 89%.The best modifier was Na 2CO 3,and the best modification condition was 5 g fly ash with 10ml Na2CO3 solution,stirring 5 min,stabling 30min at the room temperature. |
