| Abstract: | ABSTRACT This work assesses economic losses due to diversion of Snake and Columbia river waters in low, normal, and high-flow years, using a seven-dam, twelve-time-period dynamic programming model, and data for power generation and pollution abatement. The power generation data is derived using 1972 cost figures. |
