循环流化床锅炉掺烧高炉煤气的应用

摘    要:介绍了高炉煤气的主要燃烧特性,分析了高炉煤气在循环流化床锅炉中掺烧时对炉膛换热、过热蒸汽温度、锅炉负荷、热效率、分离装置以及环境的影响,并提出了消除不良影响的相应措施。

Abstract:The paper introduces the main combustion characteristic of blast furnace coal gas, analyzes the heat exchange of hearth, steam-gas temperature, boiler load, heat efficiency, separating device and impact of environment when blast furnace coal gas burns in circulating fluidized bed boiler, and puts forward the countermeasures in avoiding the bad influences.
