畜禽抗生素废水处理工程改进与应用

摘    要:利用药厂原有处理设施进行工艺改进,采用预处理+UASB+A/O+高级氧化工艺处理畜禽抗生素生产废水。运行结果表明:出水各项指标均能达到GB 21903—2008《发酵类制药工业水污染物排放标准》,工程投资和运行费用较低,运行效果稳定。

Abstract:A process composed of a secondary pretreatmet + UASB + A/O + super oxidation was utilized to treat the waste water from production of livestock antibiotics.The operation results indicated that all the indexes of the effluent could meet the discharge standard of"Fermentation Pharmaceutical Industrial Sewage Discharge Standard"(GB 21903—2008).Both the capital cost and running cost were low and the working performance was stable.
