Functional Orientation and Target of Comprehensive Harness of Suzhou Creek

The Shanghai people long for cleaning of Suzhou Creek for a long time. According to the target of comprehensive harness of Suzhou Creek determined by the Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government, this paper discussed the basic thought master plan scheme of Suzhou Creek environmental comprehensive harness, to put forward functional orientation of Suzhou Creek starting from practical point of view, and in consideration to the 21st century necessity of Shanghai city development, to make the Suzhou Creek harness as the symbol project of Shanghai environmental construction.
