重庆市的酸沉降污染及防治对策

重庆是中国六大老工业城市之一，大气酸沉降污染及危害严重，每年排放ＳＯ２８０万吨左右，尘２０余万吨，空气中的ＳＯ２，ＴＳＰ，降尘普遍超过国家标准。酸雨，酸雾，酸性气溶胶酸性黑雨使重庆大气环境酸化，并对人体健康，森林，土壤作物，金属构筑物，建筑材料等造成广泛危害。重庆市为此加强环境法制建设，采取了减轻污染的一系列措施，基本控制住大气环境恶化的趋势。

Chongqing is one of the six famous old industrial cities in China,acid precipitation pollution and its hazards are serious,Every year SO2 dischar-ged into air is about 800 000 tons, dustfalls 200 000 tons.The concentration of SO2,TSP and dustfalls in air are bevond the national standards in China,Acid rain,acid fog and acid aerosols has acidified the atmospheric environment of Chongqing, and hazarded to human health, forests,soil-plant systems,metal buil-dings and building materials,so environmental legislation constraction is strengthed,some measures are taken to reduce oollution and the trendofthe atmospheric environment deterloration in Chongqing is basicially controled.
